The Lion Inn wanted to better engage its customers and create awareness for its wedding and events business. With an already loyal customer base, our job was to provide more personalised interaction and also better reflect the qualities of the Lion Inn and Lion House.
Our first task was to listen and we soon realised that great food and great people were the driving force behind the business. Simple!
We created a clear plan and made sure that we brought to life what customers loved. Our team photographed the stunning food, interviewed the chef’s and wedding planners to put them front and centre and curated images from visitors and wedding photographers at the venue to provide more consistent and engaging content.
